How to check daily SMS reports?

In order to check your daily SMS reports you can follow given steps;

1. Login in to your account.
2. Click SMS tab.
3. Click on reports tab.
4. Click on Campaign report.
5. Select your reports view (Campaign View/ List View/ Graphical View)

6. To download the campaign wise report click on campaign view, check the campaign name which you wanted to download and then click on Export to excel to download.

7. To download date wise report click on list view then click on custom, select the date range and then click on Export to excel.

8. To check graphical view click on graphical view then click on custom, select the date range and then click on show.

1. Login in to your re-seller account.

2. Click on administration.

3. Click on add user.

4. Fill all the details, click on “create new user” to add the user.

How to point CNAME for the domain or sub domain?

You can white label your reseller panel by Pointing CNAME to our domain. You can point CNAME on your domain/sub-domain with our domain “cloud.smsindiahub.in” by following these steps:

  • Login in to your domain control panel.
  • Click on Manage DNS.

  • Click on CNAME Records.

  • Click on Add CNAME Record

  • Put the host name e.g. your sub domain is login.mysms9.com then put the host name is “Login”
  • In-side the value field “type In A Fully Qualified Domain Name (cloud.smsindiahub.in)”
  • And clik on add record.

  • If your details updated successfully then you might get below message which is displayed in the screenshot.

  • Now wait for sometime for white-listing.

Note: Above steps might be changed depending up-on your domain provider.
