How to configure SMTP Settings?

Being a re-seller you might be in-trusted to sent sign-up details, forget password and credit alerts to your customers and to send such kind of notification you need to follow given steps;

1. Login in to your re-seller account.
2. Click on administration.
3. Click on Site Branding
4. Click on SMTP Setting.

5. Update your SMTP host (Note: for gmail its “smtp.gmail.com”) for any other email address please add their SMTP host.
6. Update the port (Note: for gmail its “587”) for any other email service it might be different.
7. Type SMTP user name (Your Email Address).
8. Type SMTP Password (Your Email Address Password).
9. Enable SSL.
10. SAVE.

How to add clients under re-seller panel?

Here are the steps to be followed to add new client:

1. Login in to your re-seller account.

2. Click on administration.

3. Click on add user.

4. Fill all the details, click on “create new user” to add the user.

How to point CNAME for the domain or sub domain?

You can white label your reseller panel by Pointing CNAME to our domain. You can point CNAME on your domain/sub-domain with our domain “cloud.smsindiahub.in” by following these steps:

  • Login in to your domain control panel.
  • Click on Manage DNS.

  • Click on CNAME Records.

  • Click on Add CNAME Record

  • Put the host name e.g. your sub domain is login.mysms9.com then put the host name is “Login”
  • In-side the value field “type In A Fully Qualified Domain Name (cloud.smsindiahub.in)”
  • And clik on add record.

  • If your details updated successfully then you might get below message which is displayed in the screenshot.

  • Now wait for sometime for white-listing.

Note: Above steps might be changed depending up-on your domain provider.
Note: if you are not able to locate the CNAME record then you can coordinate with your domain provider.
